From Qus city in Qena Governorate born on March 1, 1984 received the Order of the Rising Sun from the Emperor of Japan, and the Imperial Palace announced on March 31, 2025, that he was awarded this order in recognition of his outstanding work in strengthening relations between Egypt and Japan and developing cultural, academic and commercial exchange. The order was presented to the Chairman of the Egyptian Business Council and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Al-Agha Group for his support of bilateral relations between Egypt and Japan during the current stage.

His Excellency the Japanese Emperor Naruhito handed over businessman Abdelnasser Abdelfattah and the brightness of the sun The golden stars silver and tape which is the raising of an imperial medal that is granted to non Japanese in the imperial palace in the capital Tokyo in the presence of Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida in appreciation of his efforts throughout his historyFolding the achieved achievements in supporting the Egyptian Japanese relations and its prominent role in increasing trade exchange and enhancing economic relations between the two countries.

expressed his happiness by granting him th bright sun and meeting him with the emperor stressing the strength of bilateral relations between Egypt and Japan over the decades of decades indicating the two countries keenness to open new horizons for cooperation in many fields especially since the current period is witnessing a real boom on the ground between the two countries.

It is worth noting that this honor comes thanks to the prominent contributions in strengthening bilateral relations and consolidating the bonds of friendship between Japan and Egypt and it is mentioned that the history of this medal is due to nearly 150 years and it is a high level medal that the Emperor of Japan gives to those who have achieved prominent achievements within Japan and the international community.

His happiness is to give  Abdelnasser Abdelfattah the highest medal that the emperor gives to the foreigners who have achieved prominent achievements in strengthening relations with Japan and he said that Abdelnasser Abdelfattah   has many contributions and that he succeeded in raising the voices of the Arabs in international forums.
